If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept those changes. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, at any time. You understand that your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks and adapted to technical requirements; payment card details are always encrypted in transit. You agree not to copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Site or our products without our written permission.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We try to display our products, their colors, and their images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors accurately. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, discontinue any product, or decline orders at our discretion. Prices and product descriptions may change at any time without notice. Products purchased are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Product Safety & Assumption of Risk

Steady Co sleeves are compression garments with a reusable gel core, intended to provide comfort, gentle compression, and cold or warm therapy for everyday soreness and stiffness. They are not medical devices, not braces or orthopedic supports, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will follow the usage guidance supplied with the product, including freezing for two to three hours rather than overnight, and wearing the sleeve for no longer than 20 minutes in a single session, whether cold or warm;
• You will not apply the sleeve to broken skin, and will not apply heat to a fresh injury or to any area that is swollen;
• You will take additional care, and seek advice from a healthcare professional before use, if you have reduced skin sensation, circulation problems, diabetes, or are pregnant;
• You will stop using the sleeve if the gel core is punctured, split, or leaking, and will not modify the product;
• Our statements about comfort and relief are general and are not guarantees of any specific medical, therapeutic, or recovery outcome;
• You use the product at your own risk, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If you have severe pain, numbness, significant swelling, a recent injury, or post-surgical needs, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products and follow their advice.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools and links over which we have no control. These are offered "as is" without warranties, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or your dealings with them. Please review any third party's own terms and policies before using their services.

8. User Submissions
