For everyday wrists that worked hard
Your wrists earned it today. Cold takes the heat out of a sore joint, warmth loosens a stiff one, and the compression holds everything steady while your hands keep working.
- Long days at a keyboard or a mouse
- Racquet sports, climbing, lifting and gym work
- Trades, kitchens, hairdressing and anything repetitive with the hands
- A knock, a twist, an old injury, or a joint that stiffens in the cold
It doesn't freeze into a brick
An ordinary gel pack comes out of the freezer as a rigid slab. You bend it into place, it fights back, and it slides off the moment you move.
SteadyCore™ is a thickened gel that stays pliable when frozen, so it molds to the joint instead of resisting it. The same core warms in the microwave when you want heat rather than cold.
3 Simple Steps
Two to three hours in the freezer
Pop it in and give it two to three hours. Leaving it overnight makes it colder than you want against bare skin.
Wear it 15 to 20 minutes
Slide it on so the thumb sits through the opening. 15 to 20 minutes is the window. If your skin runs sensitive, wear a thin layer underneath.
Or warm it instead
Take it out of the bag, microwave for 30 seconds, then in 10-second bursts until it feels right. Same 15 to 20 minutes is ideal.
Cold when it's sore. Warm when it's stiff.
Add a second sleeve and there is always one cold and ready in the freezer.
Same gel core, three joints
Knee, wrist and ankle. Mix them in one order if more than one joint needs support.

It comes in two sizes. M measures 12cm across and 19cm long, L measures 13cm across and 20cm long, both lying flat before they stretch.
Up to 30 minutes from a proper freeze. In practice you will take it off before then: 15 to 20 minutes is the recommended session, and going past 20 risks irritating the thin skin over the wrist. The compression keeps working the whole time it is on, whether the gel is still cold or not.
Two to three hours is ideal. This is the question people get wrong most often. Leave it overnight and it comes out colder than you want against bare skin.
Take it out of the plastic bag and let it reach room temperature first. Microwave for 30 seconds, then in 10-second bursts until it feels right. It holds warmth for up to 30 minutes, but the same 15 to 20 minute limit applies. Do not use heat on a fresh injury or anywhere that is swollen.
Not if you stick to two to three hours in the freezer and 15 to 20 minutes of wear. If your skin runs sensitive, wear a thin layer of fabric underneath for the first few sessions.
Yes. The sleeve is symmetrical and can be worn on the left or the right hand, with the thumb opening on either side.
Yes. The fingers and thumb stay free, so you can keep working while you wear it. That is the main reason people choose a sleeve over a strap-on pack.
It is made for everyday soreness and stiffness. For a fresh injury, severe pain, numbness, tingling, significant swelling or any diagnosed wrist condition, speak to a healthcare professional first and follow their advice.
Wipe it with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or soak it.
